All right, lets talk about phony science. Did you know circumcision
became popularized as a cure for pschitzophrenia, depression, cholera,
clammidia, and masturbation? Did you know that once these premeses were
removed the doctors (who make anywhere from $100 to $200 per 10 minute
circumcision) then began coming up with more resons to circumcise that
were later show to not be the case? That sounds a lot like phony science
and lies to me!

The fact that pseudo science was used in the19th century to justify
circumcision does not justify its use today to attack circumcision.

What pisses me off about the anti-circ homosexuals, like Hugh Young,
is not their sexual orientation, but their insistence that the reason

That is a good question. I was just thinking the same thing when I
read they had a boy this time. Some celebrities do talk about their
circumcision decision in the press (for example like Joshua Morrow who
circumcised his son as I posted on a previous thread). If Ryan is
uncut that would be a reason to leave the son uncut. If people want
celebrities to not circumcise their sons they should write to them in
advance and tell them so that they don't wonder about it as much
afterwards.

Also, the US is very much a welfare state too. Ask yourself, do you plan
on getting social security checks? Did you go to a state college? How do
you think your primary education was funded? The welfare state is
ubiquitous in modern developed nations.
