If a man's foreskin just goes half way up his glans when flaccid,
which is more likely?
1. He (or his parents) told the doctor to just take off enough so it
doesn't get caught in a zipper.
2. He was born that way.

It could be either but I think 1. above is more likely. If you google "circumcision styles" you will see that there several different ways to circumcise depending how much of the foreskin is removed.

You have that right! Actually the bigger the surface area of the foreskin the more likely an uncut man is to get AIDS. Here's the citation to the study that proved it -- http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19770623

It stands to reason, the foreskin has the langerhans cells that HIV invades and infects. So the more the area of the foreskin, the more targets and greater chance of getting infected.

Not sure if foreskin size affects chances of getting syph, herpes, chlamydia etc. Wouldn't surprise me if it does. Long foreskins are harder to clean also.

By the way every uncut guy I was with had a foreskin that covered the head even whenhe had a hardon. Its just disgusting.

It's nature's way of discouraging oral sex which wastes sperm. Nature tries to reproduce to the maximum.
